DSTC follows all government procurement regulations and standards. We source products only from verified, compliant suppliers. All purchases are documented with official purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if defective, damaged, or non-compliant with specifications. Claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence. Replacement is provided at no extra cost.
DSTC collects only necessary client information for order processing and communication. All client data is stored securely and never shared with third parties without consent. We comply with all applicable data protection laws in Pakistan.
Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of contract. We accept bank transfers, cheques, and online payments. Late payments may incur service charges as per the agreement. Government clients may follow standard GFR payment timelines.
All products supplied by DSTC are quality-checked before dispatch. We maintain records of quality inspections for every order. Clients may request quality certificates and test reports for any supplied goods.
